Abstract:Objective:To investigate the influence of quality control circle(QCC) activities on reducing bleeding rate after interventional surgery in children with congenital heart disease. Methods:The "solar circle" activity group was set up to analyze the cause of wound bleeding after interventional surgery by using fishbone diagram, then setted targets, formulated corresponding countermeasures, implemented the measures, and evaluated the effects after the implementation. Results:After implemented QCC activities in children after the postoperative, wound bleeding rate was significantly lower than that before the intervention(P<0.05).QCC′s responsibility,self-confidence,quality management methods, communication skills, team cohesion, the ability to solve problems has improved significantly before the implementaion of QCC.Conclusion:The implementation of QCC can reduce the bleeding rate of postoperative bleeding in children with congenital heart disease, reduce postoperative complications and promote the continuous improvement of the quality of care.
