Application of Multidisciplinary and Specialized Nursing Program in Patients with Lung Cancer Surgery

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application method and effect of multidisciplinary and specialized nursing program in patients with lung cancer surgery.Methods:40 cases of lung cancer surgery patients were selected as the control group from June,2016 to May,2015,and were given routine nursing care.Another 40 cases of lung cancer surgery patients were selected as the observation group from June,2015 to June,2016,and the implementation of multi-disciplinary and specialized nursing program was carried out on the basis of routine nursing care.The effects of two groups of nursing were compared.Results:After the surgery,the first feeding time,the first ambulation time,the PICC indwelling catheter time,the postoperative hospital stay and the postoperative complication rate in the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidisciplinary and specialized nursing program can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer surgery,reduce postoperative complications and improve quality of life.
