Application of Comfortable Nursing Intervention in Patients with Thoracolumbar Compression Fracture

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application and effect of comfortable nursing intervention in patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture.Methods:A total of 100 cases with thoracolumbar compression fracture were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received comfortable nursing intervention,and the effects of two groups of nursing were compared.Results:After the intervention,two groups′ scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS),quality of life scale WHO (WHOQOL-BREF)were significantly better than those before intervention (P<0.05),and the observation group′s SAS,SDS,WHOQOL-BREF scores after the intervention was significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).There were significant differences in fracture healing time,hospitalization time,complication rate and satisfaction degree of nursing work between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing intervention can improve the psychological status and quality of life of patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures,reduce complications and improve satisfaction.
