Application of Mobile Client APP in Continuous Nursing of Puerperium Women
Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of mobile client APP in continuous nursing of puerperium women.Methods:A total of 70 primiparas were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group adopted mobile phone client APP to implement the continuous nursing intervention.The levels of depression,quality of life and breastfeeding self-efficacy were compared between the two groups at 6 weeks after the intervention.Results:The quality of life and breast feeding self-efficacy scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying mobile client APP to implement continuous nursing care can help to improve the quality of life and breast feeding self-efficacy of primipara in puerperium.
