Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of fast track surgery (FTS)on perioperative nursing care of elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic radical nephrectomy. Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with renal cell carcinoma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing measures during the perioperative period, and the observation group was treated with FTS nursing care during the perioperative period, and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The observation group of patients with gastrointestinal function recovery time, ambulation time, catheter and extubation time and postoperative hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).The complication rate, postoperative visual analogue scale (VAS)scores were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of FTS in laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for elderly patients with renal cell carcinoma during the perioperative period can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and shorten the length of hospital stay.
