Abstract:Objective:To investigate the application effect of vascular access nursing group in hemodialysis patients undergoing deep vein catheterization, and to provide reference for developing high quality clinical nursing program. Methods:From March in 2015 to February in 2016,49 patients with deep venous catheter were treated with hemodialysis as the control group, and the control group was given the routine nursing intervention. From March in 2016 to February in 2017,49 cases were treated as the intervention group, and the vascular access nursing group was set up on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The infection rate, quality of life (SF-36),nursing satisfaction rate and complications were compared between two groups at different time points. Results:The infection rate in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group at first, second, third month after the catheterization (P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of SF-36 in two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention (P<0.05),and the scores of SF-36 in the intervention group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and complication rate of the intervention group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of vascular access care team not only can strengthen the deep vein tube in patients with nursing intervention, have a significant effect on prevention of deep venous catheter infection rate, but also significantly improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction of patients.
