Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Aplastic Anemia

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on aplastic anemia patients.Methods:A total of 68 patients with aplastic anemia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention for prevention of infection and prevention of bleeding;The fatality rate and complications incidence rate were compared between the two groups.The fatality rate and complication incidence rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01),and the satisfaction degree of the observation was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Results:After nursing intervention,the WBC,hemoglobin(HGB) and platelet(PLT) levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);Conclusions:Take to prevent infection and prevent bleeding for the purpose,comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with aplastic anemia can effectively decrease the incidence rate of complications and mortality of patients,improve patient satisfaction with nursing work,improve compliance,and promote patients recovery.
