Application of Nursing Etiquette Training in Nurses′ Job Burnout

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of nursing etiquette training on job burout of nurses.Methods:A total of 120 occupational burnout nurses selected from our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given routine training,and the intervention group was given nursing etiquette training.The nurses′ etiquette knowledge,examination results,job burnout rate and satisfaction degree of the patients were observed and compared between two groups.Results:The intervention group′s etiquette knowledge theory examination scores,clinical examination scores were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The intervention group′s different degree of occupation burnout rate was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The intervention group′s nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing etiquette training for nurses can effectively increase nurses' understanding of etiquette knowledge,reduce nurses′ degree of job burnout and improve their satisfaction with nursing work.
