Application of Humanistic Nursing in Patients with Uterine Leiomyoma

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application and effect of humanistic nursing in patients with uterine leiomyoma.Methods:A total of 64 patients with uterine leiomyoma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (n =32).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given humanistic nursing in operation room,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group's anal exhaust time,ambulation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The evaluation scores of anxiety and depression after the intervention in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05),and the observation group's anxiety and depression scores after nursing intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The incidence ofcomplications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic nursing in operation room can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with uterine leiomyoma,and reduce the incidence of complications.
