Application of early position intervention combined with delivery auxiliary facilities in primipara

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application and effect of early body position intervention combined with delivery assistant facilities in primipara.Methods:A total of 79 cases of primipara admitted to hospital from June,2014 to July,2015 were selected as the control group,and it was given the routine perinatal nursing care.A total of 79 cases of primipara admitted to hospital from September,2015 to October,2016 were selected as the observation group,and it was given the early position intervention combined with delivery facilities.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results:There was significant differences in natural childbirth,birth process,2 h postpartum vaginal bleeding volume and hospitalization time difference of two groups (P ＜ 0.05).There was a statistical significance for two groups of mild pain and severe pain in the second stage of labor(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:E The early position intervention combined with the auxiliary facilities canimprove the natural delivery rate,shorten the labor time and hospitalization time,and reduce the postpartum hemorrhage.
