Application of Detail Nursing Intervention in Patients with Indwelling Urethral Catheterization after Gynecological Surgery
Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of detailed nursing intervention in patients with indwelling urethral catheterization after gynecological surgery.Methods:A total of 94 cases with indwelling catheter after gynecological surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing measures,while the observation group based on routine nursing was given the detail nursing intervention.Nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group's urinary tract infection rate was lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);two grouPs' visual analogue scale (VAS)scores after nursing were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group's VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The observation group's satisfaction rate,SF-36 scores of quality of life weresignificantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Details of nursing intervention can effectively reduce the rate of urinary tract infection caused by indwelling catheterization,reduce the pain of patients,and improve patient satisfaction and quality of life.
