Effect of Comprehensive Psychological and Behavioral Intervention on Patients with Intracranial Aneurysms

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological and behavioral intervention on physiological index,negative emotion and quality of life of patients with intracranial aneurysm surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients with intracranial aneurysms were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission,each with 40 cases.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive psychological and behavioral intervention.The physiological indexes of two groups were compared before and after nursing,and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and the quality of life scores were compared between two groups.Results:The observation group's systolic blood pressure,diastolic pressure and heart rate were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).After the intervention,two groups' SAS,SDS scores were significantly lower than those of the same group before intervention (P < 0.05),and the observation group's was significantly lower than the control group's (P < 0.05);the scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive psychological and behavioral intervention in patients with intracranial aneurysm surgery can significantly improve the physiological indicators of patients,reduce negative emotions,improve the quality of life.
