Application of Mobile Medical APP and WeChat Group in Patients of Continuous Anticoagulation after Cardiac Valve Replacement
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effects of mobile medical APP and WeChat group in patients with continuous anticoagulation after cardiac valve replacement.Methods:A total of 100 patients received cardiac valve replacement operation according to the discharge order divided into the control group and the intervention group with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional telephone follow-up,while the intervention group based on the conventional telephone follow-up was given the mobile medical APP and WeChat group to continue anticoagulation guidance.The effects between the two groups were compared.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups in the knowledge of anticoagulation,anticoagulation compliance,referral,INR compliance rate and complication rate (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The application of mobile medical APP + WeChat group in patients after cardiac valve replacement with continuous anticoagulation guidance is helpful to improve the patient's anticoagulant compliance,improve anticoagulant effect,and reduce complications.
