Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Hospitalized Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Bronchial Asthma

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in hospitalized patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Methods:Taken a total of 84 hospitalized patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma as the research object,according to the clinical characteristic,was randomly divided into group A and group B,each with 42 cases.Group A was given routine clinical nursing intervention in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,while group B was given clinical nursing pathway intervention in clinical treatment.After the intervention,the cost of hospitalization,the hospitalization time,the change of negative psychological status,the satisfaction degree of the patients and the clinical efficacy and complications during the treatment of two groups were compared.Results:Group B's hospitalization expenses and hospitalization time were significantly less than those of group A(P<0.05),and the group B's SAS scores and HAMD scores were significantly lower than those of group A(P<0.05).Group B's clinical total control rate was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Group B nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway can reduce the medical costs of hospitalized patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,improve the negative emotions,and improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing.A nursing intervention model can be widely applied in clinic.
