Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of "321" health education model in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods:A total of 120 cases of gestational diabetes patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group received the routine health education, while the observation group based on routine health education was implemented with the "321" health education mode. The blood glucose control, conditions of health education, pregnancy outcomes, perinatal outcomes, treatment compliance, satisfaction and body weight were observed and compared between two groups. Results:The observation group's conditions of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and health education were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in pregnancy outcome and perinatal outcome, treatment, satisfaction rate and weight change between two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The effective implementation of the "321" model of health education in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, not only can effectively control blood glucose and body weight, and can improve the outcome of pregnancy,so as to improve the treatment compliance and satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
