Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Patients with First Stroke with Dysphagia

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with first stroke with dysphagia.Method:A total of 125 cases with first stroke with dysphagia were randomly divided into the observation group(n=65)and the control group(n=60).The control group was given the routine drug treatment and nursing care,while the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group.The swallowing function recovery of patients were evaluated by using Kubota drinking water test and the psychological status of patients were evaluated by using the Zung Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and the patients' satisfaction rate of nursing work were evaluated by using the hospital patients satisfaction scale.Results:The observation group dysphagia recovery efficiency was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the severity of symptoms of depression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group on nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures can help to improve the swallowing dysfunction and psychological status of patients with first stroke with dysphagia,reduce the occurrence of depression,and improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing work.
