Abstract:Objective:To analyze the risk factors of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT) in elderly patients with hip replacement, and to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods:The influencing factors of DVT in patients with hip replacement were analyzed.352 cases in Department of Orthopedics from January 2012 to December 2014 were taken as the control group to carry out the routine nursing care, and 363 cases from January 2015 to December 2016 were taken as the observation group to carry out comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence of DVT was compared between two groups. Results:Age,operative time, blood loss, blood glucose level, and bed time were independent risk factors for DVT in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery(P<0.05).The incidence of DVT was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,operation time, blood loss, blood glucose level, bed time are independent risk factors for DVT in elderly patients undergoing hip joint replacement,to carry out targeted comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of patients with lower extremity DVT after hip replacement.
