Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Uterine Malignant Tumor Operation

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with uterine neoplasm operation.Methods:A total of 100 cases of uterine neoplasm patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,each with 50 cases.The control group received conventional nursing mode,while the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,and the nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results:There was significant difference between two groups in the incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction rate and the scores of anxiety,depression,fatigue perception(P<0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopic pelvic lymphadenectomy assisted radical vaginal hysterectomy or sub-hysterectomy for the treatment of uterine neoplasm patients who received comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce complications,improve nursing satisfaction,improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression,reduce postoperative fatigue.
