Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the recovery of neurological function in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods:A total of 90 cases of HICH patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group received the routine care, random health education by nurses before discharge. The observation group was educated by nurses according to different problems of different period, and treated with the continuous nursing intervention based on the control group.3 months later, the patients were evaluated by using the functional independence evaluation scale(FIM) and self-made questionnaire. Results:The FIM scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's conditions of eating by themselves, taking medicine on time, taking exercise on time, reviewing on time and self-monitoring were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention can promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with HICH,and it plays an important role in improving the treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with HICH.
