Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hip fracture surgery

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hip fracture surgery Methods:A total of 60 patients with hip fracture surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 30 cases.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) score,complication rate and total effective rate were compared between two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence rate of complications was significantly lower in observation group than that in the control group,and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing care for patients with hip fracture surgery can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the clinical treatment effect.
