Application of Seamless Nursing Mode in Operation Room Patients

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application and effect of seamless nursing mode in operation room patients.Methods:A total of 90 patients required surgical treatment were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine operation nursing measures.A seamless nursing group was setting up,the observation group was given the seamless nursing mode based on the control group.The Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and the Zung Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) were used to evaluate the psychological state of two groups,and the blood pressure and heart rate of two groups were observed in the perioperative period.Results:The observation group SAS,SDS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group after the intervention,and there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).in the observation group were systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate compared with the control group at the same level of statistical significance(P<0.05);the control group in patients with systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,heart rate higher than before intervention(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the control group were significantly higher than those before the operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The seamless nursing mode can effectively improve the psychological stress response and psychological state of patients undergoing surgery,which is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients after operation.
