Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of fast track surgery(FTS) in nursing intervention for patients with chronic subdural hematoma. Methods:A total of 64 patients with chronic subdural hematoma were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the order of admission, each with 32 cases. Two groups were both treated with double tube drainage by drilling craniotomy. The control group received routine surgical care, while the intervention group received FTS nursing on the basis of the control group. The scores of clinical nursing service quality, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and patient satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results:The scores of clinical nursing service quality in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group. The hospitalization cost was significantly less than that in the control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:FTS in the perioperative nursing of patients with subdural hematoma, can significantly improve the quality of nursing services, shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce hospital costs, improve patient satisfaction.
