High Quality Nursing Intervention of 60 Patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis Undergoing Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Abstract：Objective:To explore the method and effect of high quality nursing intervention for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:A total of 120 cases of chronic sinusitis patients with nasal endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing intervention,while the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention.Nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:There were significant differences in the 36 items of the survey(SF-36) score,the effective rate of treatment,the incidence of postoperative complications on 14 d after surgery and the degree of nursing satisfaction between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal endoscopic surgery,reduce complications,improve nursing satisfaction.
