Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on CCU Patients with Anxiety and Depression

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on CCU patients with anxiety and depression(CCU).Methods:A total of 86 patients with CCU were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group with 43 cases.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)is to evaluate anxiety,depression and pain scores,and the treatment compliance and quality of life score and complication rate were compared between two groups.Results:One month after the intervention,two groups' SAS,SDS and VAS scores were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group's SAS,SDS and VAS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the observation group's treatment compliance,quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with anxiety and depression in CCU can effectively improve the patients' negative emotions,improve treatment compliance and reduce the incidence of complications.
