Application of Programmed Oral Nursing Intervention in AIDS Patients with Oral Endotracheal Intubation

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of programmed oral nursing intervention in AIDS patients with oral endotracheal intubation.Methods:A total of 100 patients with AIDS were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,each with 50 patients.The control group was treated with the routine oral nursing care,while the study group was treated with the programmed oral nursing intervention.Two groups' oral odor,oral care,oral comfort and the number of oropharyngeal colony were compared.Results:The study group's oral odor,oral care,oral comfort,and oropharyngeal colony number were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of programmed oral nursing intervention in patients with oral endotracheal intubation in AIDS patients,can improve the oral odor,reduce the number of oral colonies,improve oral care and oral comfort.
