Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality,Life Quality and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Lung Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

Abstract：Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on lung cancer patients with sleep quality,life quality and nursing satisfaction.Methods:A total of 60 patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The sleep quality,life quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:The scores of sleep quality and time,fall-sleep time,sleep disorder and daytime function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the function scale and symptom scale and single symptom scale were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy can effectively improve sleep quality and life quality,improve nursing satisfaction,and effectively improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
