Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Care on Postoperative Patients in Department of Orthopedics Based on Self-efficacy Theory

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on postoperative patients in department of orthopedics.Methods:A total of 68 cases of department of orthopedics surgery patients were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,each group with 34 cases.The control group was given the routine nursing care,while the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing based on self-efficacy theory.The nursing effect of two groups were compared.Results:Two groups′ operative efficiency,DVT formation rate,lower limb swelling pain rate,gastrocnemius tenderness rate,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing based on self-efficacy theory can improve the efficiency,reduce the complications,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
