Application of Root Cause Analysis Combined with Evidence-based Thinking Strategy in the Treatment of Shoulder Pain after Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of root cause analysis combined with evidence-based thinking strategy in the treatment of shoulder pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 150 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group with 75 cases.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group applied root cause analysis combined with evidence-based thinking strategy on the basis of the control group.The shoulder pain conditions were compared between two groups.Results:The incidence of pain,the initial degree of pain and the duration of pain were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of root cause analysis combined with evidence-based thinking strategy in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative shoulder pain,reduce the initial pain,shorten the duration of pain.
