Application of Humanistic Psychological Nursing in Patients with Emergency Interventional Embolization

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application method and effect of humanistic psychological nursing in patients with emergency interventional embolization.Method:A total of 124 cases of emergency interventional embolization patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 62 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing measures,while the observation group was given psychological nursing for the psychological problems and the ability of stress response on the basis of the routine nursing measures.The nursing effect of two groups were compared.Results:The observation group′s Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score were significanlty lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).In the short form health survey(SF-36),the physical and social activities,physical impact,energy,body pain,general health scores were significanlty higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction rare in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic Psychological nursing can relieve the depression and anxiety of patients undergoing emergency percutaneous coronary intervention,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
