Observation on the Effect of Psychological Support Nursing in Patients with Breast Fibroma Operation

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing care in patients with breast cancer.Methods:A total of 106 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(n=53).The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group was given psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing care.The operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss and satisfaction rate were compared between two groups.The symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)was used to evaluate the patients in two groups.Results:The observation group′s operation time,hospitalization time was shorter than those in the control group,and intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group.The curative effect satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group.There were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).The observation group patients′ somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms ,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoid and psychosis scores were significantly lower than those in the same group before the surgery and those in the control group after the surgery ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing support can significantly improve the psychological state of patients with breast fibroma operation,shorten operation time,hospitalization time,reduce bleeding,and improve the curative effect satisfaction rate,suggesting that the effect of mammary gland fibroma surgery and prognosis and psychological state are closely related.
