Application of Early Intervention and Delayed Exit the Application Nursing Mode in Patients with Lower Extremity Varicosis of Great Saphenous Vein Cavity Laser Therapy

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of early intervention and delayed exit nursing mode in patients with lower extremity varicosis of great saphenous vein cavity laser therapy.Methods:A total of 98 cases of endovenous laser treatment for lower extremities varicose vein were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention of nurses in the operation room,while the observation group received early intervention and delayed exit nursing intervention mode.Nursing effects and nursing safety feeling were compared between two groups.Results:The observation group′s nursing satisfaction rate and nursing safety feeling were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of surgical complications and negative emotion were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early intervention o and delayed exit nursing mode on endovenous laser treatment for varicose vein of lower extremities surgery patients,can significantly reduce the incidence of perioperative complications in patients with negative emotions and improve nursing safety and satisfaction.
