Effect of Health Care Cooperation Type Diet Nursing of Rectal Cancer Patients with Enterostomy

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of cooperative medical diet nursing of rectal cancer patients with enterostomy.Methods:A total of 86 cases of rectal cancer patients with enterostomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine diet nursing care,while the observation group was given the cooperative medical diet nursing on the basis of the control group.Nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:The differences of body mass index(BMI),two groups of deltoid skinfold thickness(TSF),transferrin(TFN),prealbumin(PA),serum albumin(ALB)and postoperative recovery indicators,complication rate were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cooperative medical diet nursing care can improve the nutritional status of patients with rectal cancer postoperative intestinal fistula,promote postoperative recovery and reduce complications.
