Current Status and Related Factors of Fal s in Elderly Patients with Cardiovascular Disease
Abstract：To investigate the current efficacy situation and the influencing factors of falls in elderly patients with cardiovascular dis -ease,so as to provide appropriate psychological support to reduce the incidence of falls .Methods:According to convenience sampling prin-ciple to a hospital in Qingdao ,a total of 150 cases of patients hospitalized in Department of Cardiology were investigated by using the re -vised fall efficacy scale(MFSE),fall risk assessment scale(Chinese Version)(MORSE),Activity daily living scale(ADL),Geriatric De-pression Scale ( GDS) and the related factors of fall of scale .Results:Average score of hospitalization effectiveness falls in patients with the cardiovascular disease in the elderly was (8.20 ±2.28),in which the scores of"going cross the road""taking public transportation"were the lowest;the scores of patients living styles,MORSE scores,cardiac function classification scores,daily life ability scores,depression scores were significantly related with the fall performance level (P<0.05).Conclusion:In daily work,nurses should encourage elderly pa-tients with cardiovascular disease according to the state of the heart function to do physical exercise and give them psychological support , so as to reduce the incidence of falls .
