Abstract:Objective:To investigate the risk factors of low body temperature and abnormal coagulation function in patients with septic shock after fluid resuscitation ,and to provide the basis for the development of targeted nursing measures .Methods:A total of 60 cases of pa-tients with septic shock were treated with target directed fluid resuscitation from 3~6 h.Using a self-designed questionnaire to collect the data concerning the patients′gender, age and diagnosis, the input total amount of liquid in 6h and recovery time of reaching the goal ,the start of liquid recovery and 16 indicators of liquid resuscitation after 6 h,and make the comparison with the data before the recovery ,is to find the influence factors. Results:After the active liquid resuscitation, the patients′heart rate, mean arterial pressure(MAP),central ve-nous pressure(CVP),blood oxygen saturation, urine volume, oxygenation index,APACHE score, arterial blood pH,arterial blood PaCO2, blood BE,blood lactate and other indexes were significantly improved (P<0.05).By correlation and regression analysis ,there was a signif-icant correlation between the abnormal coagulation function , the volume of fluid infusion and the decrease of nuclear temperature ( P<0.01),while the decrease of body temperature was also significantly correlated with the volume of fluid infusion (P<0.05).Conclusion:During the process of fluid resuscitation in patients with septic shock ,the infusion of a large number of normal temperature liquid may lead to the occurrence of abnormal body temperature and abnormal blood coagulation ,and it should be paid more attention to by clinical doctors and nurses.
