Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of preoperative postural training combined with postural nursing on patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy ( PCNL) . Methods:A total of 112 cases with renal caculi and ureteral calculi undergoing PCNL were dividen into the control group and the observation group by using the hidden digital random method from January to December in 2015,56 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing care, while the observation group received the preoperative postural training combined with postural nursing care. Blood pressure, heart rate changes and the incidence of surgical syndrome were compared between two groups. Results:The control group′s and the observation group′s systolic blood pressure and heart rate in both the prone position and lateral position were significantly lower than those before operation (P<0. 05). The observation group′s systolic blood pressure decrease degree in prone position and lateral position was significantly less than that of the control group. The observation group′s decrease number of heart rate was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The observation group′s the incidence of postural syndrome was signif-icantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Preoperative postural training combined with intraoperative posture nursing can improve the patients′tolerance to the change of body position during operation, maintain the relative rate of operation center and blood pressure, and reduce the incidence of surgical posture syndrome.
