Application of High Simulation Scene Simulation Teaching in Emergency Nursing Teaching
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effects of high simulation scene simulation teaching in emergency nursing teaching. Methods:A total of 125 nursing students were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=63)and the control group(n=62). The experimental group received the simulation teaching method,while the control group was treated with the traditional situational approach. The results of two groups were compared,and the design and implementation of high simulation scene simulation teaching and evaluation of teaching effects were investigated by questionnaires. Results:After the end of the course,the experimental group′s theory and skill scores were higher than those in the control group (P<0. 01). All the nursing students thought it was necessary to carry out the high simulation scene simulation teaching in emergency nursing and other professional courses,and the majority of nursing students in the simulation train-ing approved of the design and implementation of various teaching aspects,and believed that training can help to cultivate the comprehen-sive ability of clinical first aid. Conclusion:High simulation scene simulation teaching can effectively improve the effect of emergency nurs-ing teaching.
