Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of cerebral function in patients with cere-bral infarction. Methods:A total of 100 cases with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each with 50 cases. Two groups received the same basic nursing measures. The control group was given routine nursing care after discharge, while the observation group ws given the continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing care. After 6 months of intervention, neurological function, psychological status and quality of life of the patients were compared between two groups. Results:Two groups′National Institute of Health Stroke Scale after discharge (NIHSS),Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS) scores were lower than those of the same group at discharge, and the observation group′s scores after dis-charge were significantly lower than those in the control group after discharge, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). After discharge, two groups′physical function, role function, emotional function, social function and overall quality scores were significantly higher than those in the same group before the intervention, and the observation group′s quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group after discharge, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Continuous rehabili-tation nursing can promote the improvement of neurological function and psychological state of patients with cerebral infarction, and improve their quality of life.
