Analysis of Self-management Ability of Patients with Intracranial Aneurysm
Abstract:Obejective:To investigate the self-management ability of patients with intracranial aneurysm,and to provide evidence for the intervention. Methods:A total of 100 patients with intracranial aneurysms who were admitted to the department of neurosurgery from April to July in 2015 in our hospital and other 106 patients with cerebrovascular disease were investigated by self-rating scale. Results:Intracranial aneurysm patients′three aspects self-management ability scores, including"quiet residence""temper control"and"trouble would like to open",were significantly higher than those of other cerebrovascular diseases (P<0. 05). Intracranial aneurysm patients two aspects self-management scores,including"go out with hats in winter"exchange knowledge from other patients",were significantly lower than those of other patients with cerebral vascular diseases (P<0. 05). Conclusion:In order to improve the self-management ability of patients with in-tracranial aneurysm,we can intervene emotional management and information management to reduce the mortality and improve the quality of life of patients with intracranial aneurysms.
