Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of King interactive compliance theory in improving knowledge-attitude-behavior of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods:Using King interactive compliance theory,a total of 150 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc her-niation were treated by interactive compliance group up to 6 months. Using the self-developed questionnaire for the evaluation of KAP of patients with lumbar disc herniation was to investigate knowledge-attitude-behavior of patients before and after the intervention. Results:Af-ter the implementation of the intervention, the total scores of KAP,the awareness on knowledge of lumbar disc herniation and attitude of pa-tients were significantly higher than those before the intervention (P<0. 01),and the bad behavior was significantly lower than that before the intervention (P<0. 01). Conclusions:Through the implementation of nursing care of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by King interactive standard theory,we can make patients have a correct understanding of lumbar disc herniation, adopt healthy behaviors to promote disease rehabilitation, improve KAP status of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
