Effects of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Psychological State, Self-management Ability and Quality of Life of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological state,self-management ability and patients' quality of life with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 60 cases.The control group was given the routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing intervention.After the intervention,mental status,self-management skills and quality of life differences were compared between two groups.Results:After the intervention,the observation group's Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) scores were significantly lower than those in the control group and those before the intervention.Coronary heart disease self-management behavior scale(CSMS),cardiovascular patients quality of life questionnaires(CCQQ) scores were significantly higher than those in the control group and those before the intervention (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the adverse psychological state of patients with coronary heart disease,improve the condtion of emotion and sleep,improve the ability of self management of patients with coronary heart disease,improve the quality of life of patients during and after hospitalization,reduce the recurrence rate and readmission rate,and reduce the burden of family and society.
