Application of Standard Sectional Health Education in Patients with Malignant Lymphoma with PICC Catheter Intermittent Period

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effects of standard sectional health education in patients with malignant lymphoma with PICC catheter intermittent period.Methods:A total of 53 patients of malignant lymphoma were selected as the control group from September to December in 2015,and the control group received the routine PICC health education.A total of 53 patients were selected as the observation group from January to April in 2016,and the observation group received the standard sectional health education.The self management ab.ility and nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:The self-management ability of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05),and the incidence of complications and adverse events were significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The application of standard sectional health education can significantly improve the selfmanagement ability of patients in the intermittent chemotherapy period,and reduce the incidence of PICC related adverse events and complications.
