Effects of Continuous Nursing Model on the Quality of Life of Patients with Aplastic Anemia
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of continuous nursing model on the quality of life of patients with aplastic anemia after discharge.Methods:A total of 52 patients with aplastic anemia were selected and were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,each with 26 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment nursing care,while the intervention group was given systematic continuous nursing model on the basis of the conventional nursing care.Different time of medication compliance,adverse drug reactions,readmission and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results:The compliance and quality of life scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05) at 3 months and 6 months after discharge,and the incidence of complications and adverse reactions were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The continuous nursing care model for patients with aplastic anemia can promote self care,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of complications.
