Application of Continuous Nursing Care in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Complicated with Acute Kidney Injury

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effects of continuous nursing care in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) complicated with acute kidney injury (AKI).Methods:A total of 40 patients who got SLE with AKI undergoing peritoneal dialysis (PD) with tube,received the extended nursing care,and observed the improved condition of indicators during different stages,the mastery condition about disease knowledge and self nursing ability of patients.Results:Thcrc were significant differences in the scores of clinical indicators and self care ability between 3 months after discharge and 1 day before discharge in patients before discharge from hospital(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The continuous nursing care for patients who got SLE combined with AKI can help to improve the patients' self-care ability,promote the recovery of patients.
