Effects of PDCA Circulation Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Patients with Breast Cancer after Chemotherapy

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effects of PDCA circulation nursing intervention on postoperative patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 168 postoperative patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group with 84 cases.The control group was given the routine nursing care,while the observation group was given PDCA circulation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:Chemotherapy compliance and quality of life scale (EORTC QLQ-C30)scores were statistically significant between two groups(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:PDCA circulation nursing intervention can improve the compliance and quality of life of patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy.
