Effects of Nutritional Assessment and Special Disease Intergrated Diet Instruction on Hemodialysis Patients

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of nutritional assessment and integrated diet guidance on hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 80 cases of hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with 40 cases.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received nutritional assessment and special disease integration on the basis of the control group.6 months after the intervention,self-efficacy,self-management behavior and the effects of quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease were compared between two groups.Results:6 months after,the experimental group's self-management behaviors,quality of life,self-efficacy scores were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion:The nutritional assessment of hemodialysis patients with special disease integrated diet instruction applied in nursing period,can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of malnutrition in hemodialysis patients,and help improve the nutritional status of patients,is worthy of popularization in clinical work.
