Application of Diabetes Phased Compliance Management Model in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effects of diabetes phased compliance management model(SDTM) in outpatient gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) patients.Methods:A total of 100 cases of singleton pregnancy GDM patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 50 cases.The observation group was treated with SDTM,while the control group was treated with routine outpatient treatment,and the effects of the management was compared between two groups.Results:After the implementation of management,the dependence of diet,exercise,medication,blood glucose monitoring and foot care in the observation group were better than that in the control group,and the levels of blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid were also better than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:SDTM management for patients with GDM can effectively improve patients compliance,improve patients' blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid levels,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
