Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of exercise dose intervention on pulmonary function in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods:A total of 96 COPD patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 48 cases. The observation group according to different COPD degrees made exercise dose intervention, while the control group used the conventional methods of motion.Pulmonary function, exercise capacity,COPD control conditions were compared between two groups. Results:After 12 weeks training, two groups' lung function showed a rising trend, and the observation group's FVC,FEV1/FVC% were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The observation group average weekly exercise time, exercise frequency, adherance rate were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The exercise dose intervention program according to different COPD levels can make COPD patients get better control of asthma, improve lung function, and more benefit to training the patients' exercise habits.
