Application of High Quality Nursing in the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage with Modified Minimal y Invasive Method

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effects of high quality nursing in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with modified minimally invasive method .Methods:A total of 68 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 34 cases in each group .The control group was given routine nursing intervention ,while the ob-servation group was given high quality nursing based on the control group .The incidence rate of complications , the total effective rate of treatment and the satisfaction degree of patients to nursing were compared between two groups .Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01),and the total effective rate and the patients′satis-faction with nursing care were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The high quality on patients with hyperten-sive intracerebral hemorrhage treated with modified minimally invasive therapy can improve postoperative complications ,improve total effec-tive rate of clinical treatment and patient satisfaction with nursing .
