Application of Whole Course High Quality Nursing in Patients with Peptic Ulcer and Gastric Cancer
Abstract:Objective:To explore the application method and effects of whole course high quality nursing in patients with peptic ulcer and gastric cancer .Methods:A total of 63 cases of peptic ulcer patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into the control group with 29 cases and the observation group with 34 cases.The control group received routine nursing care ,while the observation group was giv-en full quality care .The nursing effects in two groups were compared .Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group is signifi-cantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05);the observation group′s intervention self-efficacy scale (DSES) in the diet,exercise, monitoring,emergency treatment and total scores were higher than those before the intervention and those of the control group (P<0.05). The observation group′s intervention,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Two groups′gastric function detection difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole course quality nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction and self -efficacy of patients with peptic ulcer and gastric cancer pa-tients,improve the negative mood and improve the function of the stomach .
