Application of Comprehensive Nursing Care in the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracturs in Elderly with Total Hip Replaoment

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the method and effects of total hip replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture .Methods:A total of 106 cases of total hip replacement with femoral neck fractwre in the treatment of fracture patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 53 cases in each group .The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care .The clinical efficacy,complications,quality of life and satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups .Results:The clinical curative effects ,the excellent rate and effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).Postoperative health survey questionnaires (SF-36) scores in the observa-tion group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01),and patients satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical results of comprehensive nursing with the ap-plication of total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were satisfactory .
